Director of Women’s Programs

His Mansion is looking for a new member of the leadership team. The Director of Women’s Programs sets and implements the shared vision of His Mansion for the women in the Resident Recovery and Servant Leader Programs. In addition to collaborating with the leadership team, she will lead and equip a team of administrators, counselors, and instructors, oversee the women’s care and formation, direct and facilitate the development and growth of the women’s programs, and exemplify Christlike leadership. Applicants should have 5+ years’ experience working in addiction recovery, ministry, and/or leadership, as well as a degree in ministry, organizational leadership, pastoral counseling or related field, or equivalent experience.

Farm/Agriculture Coordinator

This position is, first and foremost, a ministry position. Applicants should have a mature faith in Jesus Christ. The position is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of farming and gardening at His Mansion. This includes planning, budgeting, sowing, planting, soil/water conservation, pest/disease control and crop production. Additionally, this position is responsible for livestock management. Employment provides a hybrid compensation package which includes housing and a supplemental income. Applicants need experience/education in agricultural environment/discipline. Facilities Technician

This position is, first and foremost, a ministry position. He/She is not only responsible for maintaining buildings, but for modeling Christ-like behavior and for leading others in further pursuit of relationship with Jesus Christ through daily life. The Facilities Technician attends to the maintenance needs of the buildings and interior and exterior building systems in line with our mission, vision, and values. Applicants should have at least 3 years experience in a construction-related field (i.e. carpenter, electrician, plumber, etc.) and the ability to troubleshoot/adapt to constantly changing circumstances.
