Kitchen Cook

This position is, first and foremost, a ministry position. The Cook position is not only responsible for the preparation, cooking, and serving of meals, but for modeling Christ-like behavior and for leading others in further pursuit of relationship with Jesus Christ through daily life.  The Cook position assists the Kitchen Manager in the daily preparation of meals, stocking/inventory of ingredients, maintaining a clean cooking environment, and helping to achieve nutrition and budget goals.  Experience in a commercial kitchen environment or culinary training is a plus, but not necessary.  Training in culinary skills and certification requirements will be provided.  Employment provides a hybrid compensation package that includes housing and a supplemental income. Intake Coordinator

The Intake Coordinator job is, first and foremost, a ministry position. He/She is not only responsible for guiding prospective Residents through the program intake process, but for modeling Christ-like behavior and for leading others in further pursuit of relationship with Jesus Christ through daily life. The Intake Coordinator serves as the office receptionist, answers the office phone, and works in collaboration with the Program Department to coordinate applicant intake. Applicants should have office/administration experience. Employment provides a hybrid compensation package that includes housing and a supplemental income. Men’s Counselor

The Counselor job is, first and foremost, a ministry position. He is not only responsible for individually meeting with Residents, but for modeling Christ-like behavior and for leading others in further pursuit of relationship with Jesus Christ through daily life. The counselor position is also expected to lead groups and teach classes with topics that include addiction/recovery, healthy relating, the Bible, etc. Applicants should have Master’s level training in either counseling, psychology, social work, or ministry, and at least 2 years of experience in a clinical or ministry setting. Women’s Counselor

Facilities Technician

This position is, first and foremost, a ministry position. He/She is not only responsible for maintaining buildings, but for modeling Christ-like behavior and for leading others in further pursuit of relationship with Jesus Christ through daily life. The Facilities Technician attends to the maintenance needs of the buildings and interior and exterior building systems in line with our mission, vision, and values. Applicants should have at least 3 years experience in a construction-related field (i.e. carpenter, electrician, plumber, etc.) and the ability to troubleshoot/adapt to constantly changing circumstances.
